Support is provided free of charge for everyone, even if you did not dowload the trial version, and you only have some technical, or pricing related questions.
Whenever possible, you will get an answer to your query within a couple of hours, even less.
However, the support policy is that your answers will be given within 24 hours, Monday to Fiday except holidays.
Future plans
There are plans to implement virtual networkiing support with remote access.
At the time we are testing few of the major application out there suitable for remote access support.
This way, you can be sure that less things are likely to go wrong for longer.
